Whether you're new to strength training, getting back into fitness after an injury, or ready to break through plateaus, we meet you exactly where you are and guide you to where you want to be. With 1-on-1 coaching, every session is tailored specifically to your body. You'll receive expert programming designed for results, real-time feedback to ensure proper form and safety, and ongoing support to help you stay accountable and motivated. This is your time to focus completely on you--your strength, your growth, and your transformation.
Semi-Private Training
Community-driven, results-focused. Semi-private training combines the customization of personal training with the motivation of a small group. With a maximum of four women per session, you'll still receive individualized coaching while thriving in a positive, empowering environment. This setting creates a perfect balance of accountability and camaraderie.
Partner Training
Train stronger, together. Partner training is perfect for friends, partners, or family members who want to share their fitness journey. Each session blends personalized programming with the energy of having someone right beside you--pushing you, supporting you, and celebrating every milestone. You'll still receive expert coaching, proper form corrections, and a workout tailored to both of your goals, but with the added motivation of training alongside someone you trust. It's a fun, cost-effective way to stay consistent, build confidence, and keep each other accountable while experiencing the transformative results of strength training.
Consultations
Your journey begins with a conversation. In the 60min consultation, we take time to understand you--your goals, your lifestyle, your history, and your vision for where you want to be. We'll talk about what has or hasn't worked in the past, assess your movement patterns, and uncover any barriers holding you back. This isn't a quick sign-up. It's a personalized roadmap to success. You'll leave with clarity, confidence, and a plan that's tailored specifically for your body and your goals.
