Our Classes
Classes designed by women, for women.
Every workout at Divine Feminine Fitness is designed to be adaptable to your experience level, goals, and current fitness journey. Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time, or you're an experience lifter looking to build strength, our coaches provide modifications, progressions, and personalized guidance every step of the way. Many new members enjoy starting with Booty Builder, Upper Power, or Sculpt & Stretch, but you'll find supportive coaching and scalable programming in every class we offer.
Strength & Sweat
Our full-body strength training class is curated to help women build muscle, increase strength, and improve overall fitness. Using a balanced combination of upper body, lower body, and core exercises, each workout delivers a challenging and effective training experience without the guesswork.

Built around the principles of progressive overload, this class focuses on developing total-body strength, movement quality, and long-term athleticism. You'll perform functional movement patterns such as squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, carries, and core stabilization exercises that translate directly to every day life.

Our coaches provide expert instruction, movement modifications, and progressive challenges to ensure every member can train safely and confidently. Whether you're new to strength training or have years of experience, this can be adapted to meet your individual goals and fitness level.

Designed for women of all fitness levels, Strength & Sweat is the perfect combination of strength, conditioning, and functional fitness.
Booty Builder
Booty Builder is all about glute-growth, both for strength and aesthetics. We focus on four key movement patterns: glute bridges, hip hinges, knee-dominant variations, and glute-medius stabilizer work. Through progressive overload, we ensure consistent glute development that enhances both function and shape.

We do not stop at the basics. Each session includes often neglected areas like hip stability, psoas strengthening, and knee-support work. By combining both contracting and lengthening motions, you will maximize each workout's efficiency.

Custom-designed with corrective exercise techniques and advanced biomechanics, this is a one-of-a-kind class. This is a favorite for women who want to build strong, balanced glutes while supporting long-term injury resilience, all backed by scienced-based programming.
Boobs & Barbells
This is our Olympic weightligitng inspired class designed to develop power, coordination, athleticism, and full-body strength. Centered around movements such as the Snatch or Clean-and-Jerk, this class combines technical skill development with science-based programming to help you move more efficiently, generate more force, and become a stronger, more-capable athlete.

Unlike traditional strength training, Olympic lifting challenges your speed, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance while reinforcing proper movement mechanics. Each session includes skill-work, movement progressions, and accessory exercises designed to improve technique, power-output, and overall performance.

A favorite among former athletes and women looking for a new challenge, this class offers a dynamic training experience that keeps both your body and mind engaged. While considered one of our more advanced offerings, all movements can be modified and scaled making beginners welcome as they learn the fundamentals alongside more experienced lifters.
Sculpt & Stretch
This is our slow-paced, intentional strength and mobility class to help women build functional strength, improve movement quality, and increase flexibility. Unlike traditional workout classes that focus on speed or intensity, this class emphasizes proper movement mechanics, core stability, and addressing common compensation patterns to help you move and feel your best.

This class is specifically designed to strengthen the smaller stabilizing muscle groups that are often overlooked in traditional fitness programs. By incorporating corrective exercise principles and advanced movement philosophies, sculpt and stretch helps improve balance, coordination, joint function, and long-term movement help while reducing injury risk and supporting better performance both inside and outside the gym.

Each session includes full-body strength training, targeted core exercises, and a 20 minute guided mobility and recovery segment featuring advanced techniques such as myofascial release, stretching, and mobility work. This unique combination helps improve strength, flexibility, recovery, posture, and overall movement performance.
Upper Power
Our well-rounded upper body strength designed specifically for women. We focus on both push and pull exercises, ensuring balanced development and functional strength. By prioritizing proper mechanics, we help women avoid common compensations--such as overusing the traps--which is essential for those who sit at a desk all day.

We also address posture, helping women avoid common issues like rounded shoulders or upper back strain. By strengthening your back and improving alignment, this class helps long-term discomfort and counterbalances the effects of sitting or the challenges of a larger chest, supporting an upright, confident posture. Not only will you build upper body strength, but you will also enhance core stability, rotational power, and make every day tasks (like carrying groceries or lifting your kids) easier and more natural.
Power Hour
Our powerlifting-focused strength class built around the "Big Three": Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts. Designed to be slower-paced and highly intentional, this class gives women the opportunity to focus on proper technique, build confidence under the bar, and develop a strong foundation for long-term strength.

Every great lift starts with mastering the fundamentals. Through progressive overload, movement analysis, and individualized coaching, you'll learn proper bracing mechanics, core-stabilization, force-production, and effective movement patterns that translate to stronger, safer lifting. Accessory exercises are strategically programmed to address common weaknesses, improve muscle balance, enhance joint stability, and reduce injury risks while breaking through strength plateaus.

Whether you're brand new to lifting or an experienced athlete looking to refine your technique, Power Hour meets you where you are. With a supportive community atmosphere and plenty of time to learn, connect, and grow, this class is a favorite among women who want to master the fundamentals, build real strength, and develop confidence under the barbell.
